What does your company do? We provide growth marketing services to businesses that have owners that make an impact in society whether it is building their community through donations, their company actually helps people such as a lawyer that fights for innocent victims, but it can be any business that does what they do for more than just money but gives back to help society. We call this social impact marketing.

What was the driving force behind starting your business? I wanted to use away to make money while using my gifts and talents that I had accumulated through college and professionally to help businesses grow through marketing

Was there a specific event or realization that prompted you to start your business? We'd already done marketing for a super long time but we realized that the clients that we like the best were ones that shared the same values as us which came through helping other people through their business or with the revenue that was generated from their business.

What gap or need did you see in the market that your business addresses? Overall most marketing companies are focused on just helping people grow their business whereas we see it as an opportunity to help them fulfill their purpose way beyond what their business does

How did your personal experiences influence your decision to start this business? I have a very troubled past and experienced a lot of problems in my life and things really change for me once I started adapting towards serving versus just trying to get paid through work. Taking this mentality into my business really helped me thrive and find purpose in my own life. Therefore it made perfect sense to use this mentality as a brand strategy

What aspirations did you have in mind when you initiated your business? The main goal for me was finding the ideal clients in the type of clients that are focused more on serving like I am are the ones that I enjoy working with the most. I can help any company grow but the people that are similar in their mindsets are so much enjoyable to work with and I find it easy to want to help them grow cuz we share the same view on our purpose.

What challenges or pain points do your customers face that you address? Most of our customers pain points are lack of technological understanding, they are you usually really good at doing what they do but not so much at marketing which is where I come in. Getting the word out about what they do is a challenge for them and that's where we come in

How do you think the industry was lacking before your business came into play? Again I think most people are positioning themselves strictly on the growth that they can bring to businesses, where we differ is that we focus on what their real purpose is and try to help them accomplish that through the marketing versus just getting more money or more clients

Can you describe a typical scenario where your business would be the solution? Any business where a person is earning a good money being minimum of $20,000 a month in revenue and they want to take that to a much higher level we can generally show them how to do that

What makes the problem you're solving significant? I think when you get down to the heart of the matter a lot of people are having trouble matching their purpose in life with their business and understanding that is key to really reaching the heights that we can help businesses reach

How do you differentiate the problem you solve from similar problems in the industry? Everything for us goes back to the purpose behind the owners of the business and by tapping into that knowledge it really helps the client understand that we can help them reach those goals. We go further than just trying to grow the revenue in trying to help them map out their future and accomplish that through our marketing services

What unique methods or approaches does your business employ to address the problem? We use a brand strategy and a marketing strategy where we sit down and interview them and determine their past their future and their present figure out what they're doing now and figure out what they need to do to resonate fully with the ideal client that they're trying to find

There are other people who are doing what we do but not so focused on the purpose side, we align ourselves with the owner of the business more than the business itself and through that relationship we gain a real strong connection with the owner which correlates into everything that we do

Can you walk me through the process or journey of a customer using your solution? Are we start with the branding blueprint where we interview them get all their information and then craft the right brand messaging logo and all the things associated with the image that they want to present, then we take that to the marketing strategy where we take all of that information and then we come up with a strategy to effectively guide them to their customers. Once we have that plan then we create their website their marketing materials and then we map out a plan on how to execute all of those things over a long period of time overall I think that what we do is much more comprehensive than most marketing companies whatever thing to do

What resources or tools do you leverage to provide your solution? We really leverage AI and various other aspects of technology to streamline the approach at how our customers can attract clients lead them to become a customer and then do everything they can to increase the client lifetime value

What are the primary desires or requirements of your target audience? They generally are focused on growing their business but at the same time they have visions and plans for much more than what it is they're doing at that very moment

I don't really understand this question but our business pretty much has started out marketing towards anybody and everybody and what we realized is that the people that end up hiring us are people that we end up working for and so our vision has a lot evolved through learning that if we can appeal to the business owner and their dreams and ambitions more than just growing their business we have a much better chance at closing the deal

How do you stay updated with the changing needs of your audience? The best part about this is that we stay focused on that purpose and so there needs are always going to be to grow so we just keep on adapting and finding new ways to help them do that

Can you describe a situation where you successfully met these needs? We have a septic system client that has spent a significant amount of money on advertising and marketing and we have grown his business over a million dollars in revenue

How do you ensure your messaging or branding doesn't attract the wrong audience? We stay very on topic and focused on promoting purpose and drive and ambition and things like that but in the instance where we did attract the wrong type of client we would just let them know they're not the right client for us

We've landed a couple of gigs that we found out later that they were doing things that we didn't want to align with and we quickly exited from that relationship because if we did not and we were associated with that that would negatively affect us

If your brand were a person, how would you describe its character or demeanor? I think of our brand as some form of a activist that is going to bat for the people that they are trying to help through promoting what they do to other people they are selfless in their attempts to draw attention to the customers mission acting as a mentor or coach that doesn't need the recognition for the growth

I definitely see qualities in other marketing companies that are just purely focused on business growth while at the same time ministries and non-profit organizations that are focused on the purpose behind why I kind of see ourselves as a mixture between them
